Extra Bed / Extra person in double room:	-  40% of double room rate
Child without extra bed	-  20 % of double room rate
Note: GST Payable @ 12% on Actual Room charge GST Registration Number: 38COQPB2148G1ZV Service Charge @ 10% will be applicable on room service only. Rates are subject to change without notice.

General Policies

Check-Out Time: Upto 9.00 AM

Check-in time: From 11:00 AM (Early check-in subject to room availability)

Rooms are booked subject to final confirmation.

For confirmed booking 25% of the total room charge for the booked period is to be paid advance.

Meal Plan will start from first day breakfast due to early Check-in / Check-out time. (Last day breakfast will be an extra service and chargeable).

Service voucher must be dispatch by or before the arrival of the guest.

All rates are subject to change without notice.

 

Child Policies

Child under 05 years of age is allowed to stay free with parents.

Child of 05 years and above age sharing parents' room & bed (without extra bed) will be charged for meals & other hotel services.

Child of 10 years and above will be charged for extra bed / person.

On double room can accommodates a maximum of 01 extra bed / person only.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation before 07 days of arrival dates :Free cancellation

Cancelation between 07 & 03 days of arrival date: 01 full day retention to be charged

Cancellation less than 03 days from arrival date: 100% of the booking advance to be retained.

For Group booking, cancellation charge will be 01 full day room charge if done less than 30 days before arrival date.

No refund for unexpected or sudden departures.
